Rental Car Theft

On Saturday, January 30th a convict that had just been released from jail decided to steal a rental car from Charlie Clark Nissan that was parked in a customers driveway. Once the customer realized the vehicle had been stolen he contacted Charlie Clark who then contacted the Harlingen police and MOGO's recovery team. Withing minutes the vehicle was located, and the police were in a high speed chase for recovery. Not only did the Harlingen police department have a hand in the recovery, but they also had backup from the state troopers that were in the area. The chase ended up on highway 83 at top speeds of 110-120 MPH. The vehicle was later cornered in a neighborhood in the town of Mercedes. The vehicle was recovered, but the thief fled the scene and was later caught by police during a hotel robbery.

Car Jacked

Around 3:30 pm Mrs. Rodriguez had her 2011 Nissan Altima stolen from the parking lot of her office. She contacted the San Antonio police, and even went by the dealership for help locating her stolen vehicle. Once the MOGO recovery team got the call they started working with the police and locating the Nissan. Withing minutes the vehicle was recovered. The craziest thing about this recovery is that it was found at an apartment complex across the street from a San Antonio police substation. Another satisfied customer.

Not So Fun Trip To Six Flags

MOGO and Jennings Anderson Ford would like to thank the Auto Theft Task Force of San Antonio for an awesome and speedy recovery on this customers Ford F150 truck. The police were notified of the vehicles location by MOGO's recovery team, and they were able to find it within minutes. Once the officers arrived at the location they realized there was more than just one stolen truck. They discovered two Ford trucks, and enough parts to build 6 or 7 more. Busted! An illegal San Antonio chop house was shut down in a matter of hours all due to MOGO's Theft Recovery System.

Over Night Thieves Take Advantage Of Sleeping Owners

At 3:19 am a customers Honda Accord was stolen right out of their driveway while they slept. The immediately called the police and MOGO when they woke up and saw that their vehicle was gone. Once MOGO's recovery team located the vehicle they realized it was parked less than 5 miles from the owner's home. Police were dispatched to the location, and the vehicle was found in an unoccupied town home garage. Without MOGO it could have been in a garage 5 miles away for year, and still never be found.

Eco Friendly Car Thieves

At 9:47 am on the 29th of September a Toyota Prius V owner called MOGO to report her new vehicle stolen. The San Juan PD had been alerted earlier, and with the help of the MOGO recovery team they were able to jump into action and ended up finding the vehicle not far from where she works. The car thieves had "hid" her vehicle in a neighborhood down a back road, and they had even asked a neighbor if they could park the vehicle in their shed. Shed or no shed MOGO will find your vehicle!

Not So Gated Protection

Round 10:30 pm a Dallas owner of a 2010 Ford F150 was returning home from a fraternity party to his gated apartment to find that his vehicle was missing. He immediately alerted the police and MOGO about the vehicle theft. MOGO's recovery team started tracking the vehicle, and with the help of Dallas Auto Theft Task Force the truck was found. The truck was located at a restaurant called Good Luck Burger in South Dallas. Five unfortunate people were taken in that night, and his truck was successfully returned to him.

It was early morning April 27th, 2015 and a MOGO customer had walked out of their house to see that their vehicle was gone. Frantic, she called the police and MOGO to report the missing vehicle. MOGO's recovery team worked with San Antonio police to locate her truck. The truck was found at the San Antonio impound. The driver was arrested earlier that morning for doing something they shouldn't have been doing, on top of stealing her vehicle. The vehicle was returned to the rightful owner, and the thief is paying for what they did.

On a quiet Wednesday night Mr. Martinez was in the house watching TV when he heard his car start up. He went to see what was going on, and saw that his car was speeding away down the street. He contacted the SA police department, and MOGO. Within a matter of minutes his vehicle was located, and the police started tracking it through a nearby neighborhood. When the police turned their lights on the driver came to a stop and tried to run for it, Running wasn't smart, because the officer was faster, they caught the thief and return Mr. Martinez's vehicle to him. MOGO System Helps Recover GMC Sierra

On Sunday December 7, 2014 at 11:32 am MOGO received a call from a Classic of Carrollton customer stating that his truck was stolen from his driveway sometime during the night. The last time the customer had seen his vehicle was around midnight when he went out to grab his glasses that he had left in the vehicle. He went to bed never thinking that his truck wouldn't be there in the morning. When he woke up and saw that his vehicle was gone he immediately called the police and MOGO. MOGO's recovery team went into action tracking his GMC down, and ended up recovering it with the help of Carrollton PD. The customers truck was found parked a few miles from his house and was abandoned. The police said the thieves were stealing vehicles to strip what was inside them. Luckily the customer had a system like MOGO to help him get his truck back so fast, otherwise it could have been much worse.

Gone Fishing

One afternoon MOGO received a phone call from a customer saying her husband was diabetic and she wasn't able to reach him all day. MOGO's recovery team immediately located her husband and stayed on the phone with the customer until she arrived at his location. Once she arrived she saw him fishing, and as she got closer she realized he was in need of medical attention and called 911. The rest is a happily ever after story, and a warning to take your meds consistently even when fishing.

Downtown Party Ends Up Being Towed

On September 6th MOGO received a strange call. A customer had been downtown the previous night and couldn't find her vehicle. She decided to take a cab back home, and try looking for her vehicle the next morning. When she arrived to the area the next day she realized that someone had stolen her vehicle. She immediately called MOGO, and we tracked it and had found that it was at the San Antonio impound. The customer was relieved to know her vehicle wasn't gone forever, even though a night of fun costed her $200 to get her vehicle back. She told us it was worth it! Another satisfied MOGO customer.

Stolen In The Middle Of The Night

Mr. Ellis woke up Thursday morning to find his truck was missing. He contacted the Marion, TX PD and MOGO around 7am. Once MOGO's recovery team started tracking the vehicle we notified Mr. Ellis that we had found his truck and the police were in route to get it back. The police were sent to a home in Schertz, TX where the truck was parked in someone's driveway like they owned it. Needless to say the police owed him, and Mr. Ellis got his truck back within an hour from the reporting.

Back In A Flash

On Saturday November 2, 2013 MOGO received a call from a Red Mccombs Superior Hyundai customer stating that her vehicle has been stolen. This customer was out with a friend for some afternoon shopping, and when she was walking back to her vehicle she realized it had been stolen. the customer was frantic and didn't know what to do, so she headed to the dealership for help. She had misplaced MOGO's contact info, and had no connection to the internet. Once MOGO received a call from the dealer the process of recovery began. MOGO coordinated with San Antonio PD, and relayed the exact location of the vehicle. Once this information was dispatched officers were able to find the vehicle within an hour. The joy riders were nowhere to be found. SAPD contacted MOGO and were able to have the customer pick the vehicle up at the found location without any towing fees. Little damage was done to the vehicle, and the customer was happy to see that no personal items were missing. Needless to say MOGO has another customer for life.

Mr. Alonso was hard at work when he decided to take a lunch break. When he walked into the employee parking lot he realized that his truck was gone. He called the police and MOGO right away. Once his truck was located, police moved in and arrested two thieves exiting the vehicle at a gas station near Elm Valley in San Antonio, TX. Another satisfied customer, and he still had time to get a sandwich.
